Rocklabs has a rich and unique history. Originally established as a commercial laboratory specialising in geochemical analysis and fire assaying, Rocklabs became a world leader in the manufacture and supply of sample preparation equipment.
Established in 1953 the Kilcoy Pastoral Company have spent over 60 years expanding into one of Australia’s top five meat processors. With their abattoir in southeast Queensland, Kilcoy process over 800 premium grain-fed cattle daily for both domestic and international clients. Installation occurred in 2017 with Kilcoy seeing an increase in production speed, improved traceability of the product, and improved fault tolerance as well as reduction in labour costs with only two operators needed in the room.
Volys specialises in the production of prepared chicken and turkey products at its three sites in Belgium. To ensure growth for the coming years, Volys recently relocated a part of their activities to a new location. In collaboration with the customer, Scott designed, built and installed the internal bin transport and the palletisation.
Complying with sanitation and other food safety regulations is made easier with automation, allowing manufacturers to focus on ensuring their product quality.
